My blog has been nominated for two awards....wow I did not see that coming!!

I would like to thank Mrs. Slatton Kindergarten for nominating me for these two awards!!!!! Thank you so much. I did not even know anyone followed my blog or even new it existed. I started this blog to give myself a place to reflect on daily activities in my classroom, and to hopefully become a better teacher. There are so many amazing blogs out there and I have learned so much for each and every one that I follow (which is probably too many to count...haha).

Seven Random Facts About Myself

1. I did not have a name for the first two weeks of my life because my father wanted to name me after his favorite football team (the best football team in my opinion)--The Georgia Bulldogs. My mom finally gave in and named me Georgia, and I am so grateful for this name!!!!

2. I love photography! I have recently started a side business called Simplyfotography by Georgia (as if I don't have enough to do).

3. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and two beautiful girls, Alexis and Ansley!

4. My husband and I owned a Real Estate business before I became a teacher.

5. I have one dog, one cat, 3 crabs, 4 fish, and a turtle.

6. I love Coke!

7. I am addicted to Sharpies of any kind!
